By accessing or using the JS Traders website (the "Site") or by purchasing any products or services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone else who accesses the Site or engages with JS Traders for the supply of poultry equipment and related accessories.

2. About JS Traders

JS Traders is a sole-proprietorship business registered and operating from Okara, Punjab, Pakistan. We supply poultry feeding systems, drinking systems, ventilation equipment, accessories, and spare parts to farms and agricultural businesses primarily in Punjab and neighbouring regions.

3. Products & Services

All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing shown on our Site are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely free of error.

Final pricing, availability, and delivery terms are confirmed at the time of order acceptance. Orders are only binding once acknowledged in writing (by message, email, or receipt) by JS Traders.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders may be placed by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through the contact form on our Site. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

• Payment terms and methods are agreed at the time of order confirmation.
• Full or partial advance payment may be required for certain products or custom orders.
• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
• Any taxes, duties, or levies applicable at the time of sale are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Delivery & Logistics

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier or upon delivery to the buyer's premises, whichever occurs first. JS Traders is not liable for loss or damage in transit once the goods have left our premises with a third-party carrier.

6. Returns & Warranty

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Our returns and warranty policy is as follows:

• Defective items reported within 7 days of receipt may be returned or exchanged, subject to inspection.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
• Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
• Manufacturer warranties (where applicable) are passed on to the buyer; JS Traders will assist in facilitating warranty claims.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JS Traders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms or a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to JS Traders and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Website Use

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Okara or Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
